Holiday Packing Tips

Not so much art as science, perfect packaging can all the difference your trip. Trust me, you’ll never look back. Here are my top holiday packing tips

Go for half measures
No, I’m not talking about your well-deserved first beer of the holiday … I’m suggesting you can build everything you want to take on vacation - and then be reduced by half. Literally. I do not cheating!

If in doubt, leave it
Everyone wants to look their best for a holiday. So if you have a bit undecided about an item of clothing, to take a suitcase. Chances are if you do not love it, you will not wear it.

Coordination, coordination, cooperation!
Be ruthless - every element of holiday clothes, shoes and jewelry must coordinate with at least two other items in the suitcase. If not, leave it at home.

The share of equity and the like
If you are traveling with a partner or friend can bring sun cream and their adaptation after sun, the acquisition of shampoo and conditioner to obtain, and so on. If your tastes are similar, you can also share books and magazines - making each bag lighter.

In the case of the right bag
Cases with wheels and large backpacks are much handier than the old-fashioned luggage. For the final packaging easily choose bag or case that may be contained flat and fully open. One of the many elements inside and side pockets are perfect.

This is all in the details

Remember that: put heavy things on the bottom of your case, the use of any gaps, fill the inside of your shoes with underwear, jewelry and tights, a roll - do not fold - clothes that do not crease.

Letters, a wonderful letter
To be over-packer, you have three lists. One for everything you need to (do not forget to brush), one you do not wear or use - so you do not have it next time, and finally, one for not remember anything.

Remember the base, such as travel insurance
Packing light great, but do not forget the base, such as passport and travel insurance.
